The location is a short walk from the ancient agora and the bustling Konak Pier. The inner courtyard for breakfast offers a refreshing touch amidst the surrounding hustle.

The hotel displays visible signs of aging. rooms may not feel the cleanest with some remnants of previous guests. In particular, I encountered a cigarette smell despite no smoking signs and a bathroom tile that wasn't properly fixed.
